PanelReady is an independent interview simulation platform. By using PanelReady you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What PanelReady is

PanelReady provides AI-powered interview practice sessions designed to help users prepare for job interviews. It is an educational and practice tool only. PanelReady is not a recruitment service, careers advisory service, or employment agency. Use of PanelReady does not guarantee success in any actual job application or interview.

No affiliation with named companies

Company names referenced on PanelReady are used solely to help users practise for roles at those organisations. PanelReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any company named on the platform. Interview questions and formats are based on publicly available information and are not guaranteed to reflect current or actual interview processes used by any named company.

AI-generated content

Interview questions, feedback, and scores are generated by artificial intelligence. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our best efforts. PanelReady does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You should use your own judgement when evaluating feedback received.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PanelReady to:

• —Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our AI prompts or system architecture
• —Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• —Submit content that is offensive, abusive, or harmful
• —Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or payment systems
• —Resell or redistribute access to the platform without written permission

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Due to the digital nature of the product, we offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than one interview session. To request a refund, contact hello@panelready.io with your order reference.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and prompts on PanelReady are the property of PanelReady and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your own interview answers remain your property.

Limitation of liability

PanelReady is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PanelReady accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated feedback. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Service availability

We aim to keep PanelReady available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused paid access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PanelReady after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
