Who we are

PanelReady is an independent interview simulation platform operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at: hello@panelready.io

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• —Your first name, if you choose to provide it (optional, used only to personalise your session)
• —Your interview session transcript and scores, temporarily held in your browser session to display your results
• —Basic usage data via analytics (pages visited, session duration) to understand how the product is used
• —Payment information if you purchase access, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we do not collect

• —We do not store your interview transcripts on our servers after your session ends
• —We do not sell your data to third parties
• —We do not use your data to train AI models
• —We do not track you across other websites
• —Free users do not need to create an account. Paid users provide an email address solely to manage access and receive receipts.

How your interview session works

When you complete an interview session, your answers are sent to the Anthropic API to generate AI responses. Your session data is processed in real time and is not stored permanently by PanelReady. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy, available at anthropic.com. We recommend you do not include sensitive personal information in your interview answers.

Voice data

If you use the voice input feature, your speech is processed locally by your browser using the Web Speech API. Audio is not sent to PanelReady servers. Text transcribed from your speech is treated the same as typed input.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If you use a paid plan, a session cookie is used to maintain your access.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• —Request deletion of your data
• —Object to processing of your data
• —Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

Data retention

We do not retain interview session data. Any personal data associated with a paid account is retained only for as long as your account is active or as required by law for tax and financial record-keeping purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of PanelReady after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
